MIDIMML v1.0

This software is for developing Nintendo Sound Format (NSF) files using a graphical editor of your choice.
NSF is the real deal; it's basically a Nintendo ROM file which just drives an (emulated) 2A03 sound chip.
That means all of the great aliased square wave sounds and 4-bit samples, but it also means all of the limitations of programming for a real 8-bit Nintendo! This program by Tom7 converts type-1 standard MIDI files into MML, to be used as input to "mckc," which compiles them into Nintendo Sound File (NSF) format.
It's primarily designed for composing *new* tunes. Source and docs are included and available from the site.

From the maker of FCE Ultra emulator. Support exists for all internal sound channels, and the extra sound channels found in the Konami VRC6, Konami VRC7, Namco 106, Nintendo MMC5, and Sunsoft FME-07 chips.
The extra sound channel present in the Famicom Disk System is also emulated, but the emulation is lacking in regards to its frequency-modulation capabilities.
You'll need at least a PII 266.

uFMOD

Это компактная библиотека для воспроизведения аудио-ресурсов в формате xm.
Аудио-поток может храниться в отдельном файле, в памяти, в ресурсах и т.д.
Библиотека uFMOD основана на исходниках MiniFMOD (http://www.fmod.org} но НЕ предоставляет полной совместимости ни с FMOD, ни с MiniFMOD.
По сравнению с MiniFMOD v1.7, uFMOD имеет следующие преимущества:

- uFMOD импортирует функции только из KERNEL32 и WINMM (CRT не используется вообще!);
- размер скомпилированного экзешника должен быть в среднем на 1 - 2 Кб меньше;
- скорость существенно выше;
- исправлен один серьёзный баг (проявлялся на NT/XP) и несколько мелких.

Some features of this plugin both available for Winamp and KBMedia Player are : APU, FDS, MMC5, FME7, Namco106, VRC6 and VRC7 chip emulation, upto 48KHz play frequency, NSFMeasure (loop point detector) is integrated and analog filter emulation. You'll need at least a PIII 500 Mhz CPU to run this emulator. 1GHz or higher CPU is recommended for the best accuracy.
